So I am very happy that I found Dutch Brothers because they have amazing drinks that are not coffee. I absolutely love how friendly the employees are no matter what location or what day or time it is! You can just tell the employee are taken care of Because they are always friendly and helpful. The other great thing is the price they are not way over priced like the Seattle company everyone loves for no reason. This place crushes the competition!!!

I would not be making a review if it didn’t get bad. Recently, I have not had any good experience within the people in this establishment overtime. it just has gotten worse and worse. I just swung by today to get myself a small drink and I was in line to place an order and someone came behind me to pick up an order I moved to the side so they can call out orders to the people who already placed an order. I was already first in line after I moved to the side, she greeted me first and then took the guys order behind me, WHICH is very rude as someone who works in customer service.. It has gotten to the point where I just looked at her and I felt so disgusted by this attitude that has came across. Overall, I would rather go to the Verrado location for good customer, service, and drinks. However, it adds more distance to my drive since this one is closer to where I live. I would overall not recommend the store. I am very ashamed how bad this store has become as someone who frequently comes. in the end, she still asked for a tip. I did it out of the kindness of my heart, but I would have never tipped her if I wasn’t put on the spot. I feel as though customer service is number one at this establishment especially the Dutch Bros franchise, but the customer service is so bad.

Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
