They had garbage piled up just outside the door that never moved even while I waited. Death metal blaring so loud from inside that I could hear it with my windows up, AC running and my own stero on. I don't care at all about the type of music but when I see their staff running out to random cars in the parking lot to visit with no coffee in hand and you can't help or move the only 4 customers you have in cars waiting, I'm not impressed. Won't be back. This used to be the best location and vibe.

- JDJordan DunnJan 10, 20265.0Staff is always upbeat and knowledgeable about how the chain varies throughout different regions (I went to San Antonio and was surprised to see that they didn’t carry the plant based Myst drink that they have/had in AZ and while San Antonio was clueless of this, the staff HERE knew what OTHER locations had that they didn’t a vice versa! Anyways, I have a couple go-to items here like the Cherry Pie Chai, Chocolate Chip Muffin Top, and Salted Caramel Chai as well as the Cosmic Myst which is now unavailable but honestly I’ve never had a bad beverage here even when I just pick something random off the menu to shake things up. You can get a free sticker every Wednesday if you’re into stuff like that and the app has a couple decent rewards as well as opportunities to score EXTRA points so I definitely recommend the app if even if you only come when the specials are going on

That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
