She even took the time to explain low-calorie options, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the coffee just didn’t sit right with me at all, which was disappointing after such a positive interaction.

Then we made a comment and the girl was like I'm making it now and another girl was sarcastic saying sorry for the wait... Not a good experience and wasn't even given a receipt. Won't go back

Mind you their open till 10pm and the team member says “unfortunately we are cleaning the oven is there anything else we can get you” . Like who knows maybe I’m willing to wait but not even an option to wait while they finish. So I’m like okay well let’s do a coffee I guess . Her response after giving her my order “sorry we are out of caramel foam , is vanilla okay?” Like whaaaaat ? No it’s not lol . First and last time I go .
