  I’m honestly really disappointed with this location of Dunkin’. I walked in to pick up my order and was told it would be about a 20-minute wait. That was fine — I went back to my car and waited the full 20 minutes before coming back inside. When I returned, the two employees who originally helped me told me they hadn’t even started my order yet. What made it worse was the attitude. There was no apology, no acknowledgment of the inconvenience — just “Yeah, we can’t make it yet. We’re just too busy.” After already waiting 20 minutes. I then had to wait another 20 minutes. It wasn’t until the manager came in that anything actually happened. I explained that I had already been waiting over 20 minutes, and once she stepped in, my order was made in less than 10 minutes. That shows the issue wasn’t time — it was effort and accountability. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first bad experience I’ve had at this location. The service is consistently slow and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this Dunkin’ unless major changes are made.

  Employees not very friendly. Don't pay attention to order and had to go back to counter to receive item that was ordered but not given. Donuts tasted stale and overall not good.

  The creamer in my coffee was chunky. The girl at the window handed me my cup with the lid coming off, and it spilled everywhere and looks like vomit. She saw what happened and slammed the window shut.

  I go to this location 4-5 times a week for coffee, sometimes grab some donuts. The coffee is always great at this location and the donuts are fresh and tasty. The service is excellent--I've been regularly greeted by Francisco and Isla in the evening and they are always super friendly, always have my mobile order ready by the time I roll up, and are always prepared for the most important part of my order--our pug's pup cup. Always enjoy seeing our regular folks!!
