Went in today had a horrible experience with Emely, ordered a blizzard and that was literally soup, she claimed if they remake it it would come out the same way, we had to insist on them remaking it, it did not come out soupy, never once did they flip it either one, plus we received the incorrect one. We asked for a refund and after Emily making snarky comments to her coworker's we asked to speak to the manager Jazmyn, both very unprofessional laughing at the situation and literally making fun of us the customer, they truly need to be retrained and treat customers a lot better!!!

Multiple times now i get eye contact like im the plague and then stand there for 5-15min until some finally comes over staring at the floor to take my order like its a huge inconvenience. I just wanted to let you know im sorry for attempting to be a patron of your business. In the future i will not make that mistake.
