  WARNING TO PEOPLE WITH FOOD RELATED ALLERGIES I had gotten a vanilla milkshake from this Dairy Queen like I had many nights before but this time as I drank it something hard sucked up to my mouth! I, of course, spat it out and it seemed to be a piece of chocolate which was strange since I never thought chocolate was included with milkshakes. Just think about it what if that chocolate was an allergen like peanuts etc… people could genuinely die because of this negligence. If I got a piece of what I can only assume is chocolate then what else can he mixed in with my food. No problem with the DQ brand just this store suddenly.

  We had over a $50.00 order, 3 large blizzards, 2 of which were the new cookie mint blizzards, that were supposed to come with a cookie mint dip cup (look at the image on DQ website). We received a tiny side condiment cup! What are we supposed to do with that? How can we even dip in this? My hubby got a large oreo blizzard had very very little to almost no oreo pieces in it. This is the 3rd time for this similar situation but i never called on the other 2 episodes. The chicken strips in The Flame Thrower chicken basket that I got for my son were NOT cooked all the way! The french fries were cold. Threw them out because I didn't want him to get sick. I tried to call but no one answered and I work the night shift, so I was not able to take them back, otherwise I would have. Just very dissapointing.

  We finally received our order 30 minutes after the time it was supposed to be ready. Came home only to find they completely messed up the order. Tried calling but I guess nobody answers the phone anymore.

  Usually 3 cars in line or less. This is great being that it is in a crowded area. They always get my order correct and never forget the spoon or napkins. That team of youngsters in there hold it down. Keep up the great work!

  Came to order my food at 5:35 pm on 1/24/2026. I spent $30.00. I ordered a cheese cake blizzard, bbq basket with a side of regular fries, and onion rings. They told us to moved to the side for the rest of the food. They never brought the food out. we waited til 6:05p. all of our food was cold the onion rings, the fries, and the BBQ chicken basket came with no BBQ sauce. We waited to long for it not to be right. the store is full of young teenage Mexicans. We went back in to make them aware. they were rude, did not apologize for never bringing the food, did not apologize or try to give us fresh hot food for their wrong doing. They regave me a new basket and my chicken was not done in that one. as if they tried to purposely make me sick.. be careful eating at this dairy queen. if you are trying to sue and get paid go here they forever make mistakes. Someone is not properly training these employees or the employees do not care about the brand of this franchise. There's only so many they must want to lose the rest they still have.
