(He’s not a fan of regular cake) I was handed my order and was told have a good night and I even told them that I needed to pay for it. When I get to the counter to pay for my order that’s when I noticed that the crust is visibly different than the ones in the freezer (just without brownie pieces). The girls that were currently working could see the difference as well. I asked them if I could exchange it for one in the freezer and they said they had to contact the store manager, Jignesh. Jignesh, then told the girls on the phone that we cannot exchange it and that’s how the crust is made. (I’m posting pictures for reference). I asked to speak with him and that’s when he proceeds to keep saying that is how the crust is made & that I’m not able to exchange them. I then went to my car and then came back inside to get the corporate number and he then told me that I can exchange it because he doesn’t want to mess up my son’s birthday. I told him no thank you and that I wanted the phone number, and that’s when he told me that I can Google it myself and also said I can take my business to another Baskin Robbin’s in the future. (Mind you I have been going to this location for 15+ years) Companies need to pay attention to what people they put in management positions. I would never in my life speak to someone like he did. The picture that is the opened one is the one they custom made for me and the one in the other picture is one of the many in the freezer that has thicker crust! Do better, Jignesh & Baskin Robbins

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
