Vanessa, the employee who helped us, seemed like she didn’t want to be there at all. When my daughter asked her a question, she made her feel uncomfortable and as if it was a silly question, which was very disappointing. She also complained about the chocolate fudge flavor being too hard and said she might not be able to sell it, suggesting we pick a backup flavor instead of trying to help. I will return because the ice cream is good, but if she is working, I won’t be purchasing.

Please dont waste your money. I have looked at other reviews and this is obviously a common problem! Go to dairy queen.

So I brought my entire family over to enjoy some ice cream. Then when we brought up the coupon the staff claimed it could not be redeemed because we had a double scoop on the order which “auto discounted” the cone so the $5 off could not be applied. So be careful of any “discounts” or “coupons” you think you are getting

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
