I had called to speak with the manager as it caused an injury to my employee and didn’t want further safety to be an issue for anyone else. As I was on the phone with the manager, he hung up on me. I took the box of pizza, and the nail to them in person after then NEVER called me back and what they said was “I will call corporate, and give half a refund”. This absolutely ridiculous that 1 they never called me back after hanging up then 2 only get a partial refund?! I have spent THOUSANDS of dollars here for my team and this is the response that I get. Absolutely never returning 1. For safety and 2. For lack of customer service/empathy from the”manager”.
