  First negative interaction at this location 4/12 @ 9am . My husband had taken the family out to get our regular coffee and mango smoothies with our dog, when he got his order it didnt taste right so he went back to get it redone. The employee stated that she had "made it" with no other context. Husband said well it has no flavor and not sweet at all. She the proceeded to say she can make it extra sweet maybe he's not tasting it. He said no its bland it has no flavor at all, She said I'll make another one extra sweet so its good for you. Husband said ok yes please. She than said go ahead and toss that, but said it like an order instead of you can go ahead and throw that one away. Whole interaction felt uncomfortable as I felt she was offended by saying it had no flavor and because she made it. Made us feel off and wondering if the service standard is going down here.

  This entire crew is above and beyond! My mom and her coworkers are ER and Trauma hospital staff that I bring drinks to a few times a week and every time whether I can go straight up to the window or it’s slammed they take care of 10-20 drink orders for me and everything is always correct and the crew’s energy is always great! They know anyone that’s even close to a regulars names, they know my pups that I bring by and their names and they are just overall above and beyond amazing! Special shoutout to JQ, Caleb, Bloo, Pilar, Charlotte, Talissa, and Mari!

  If you’re looking for a mediocre, "here is your lukewarm bean water" experience, keep driving. But if you want to feel like the protagonist of a high-energy musical at 7:00 AM, you need to find Vivien’s window. Here is why Vivien is essentially a human lightning bolt: • The Vibe: Vivien doesn’t just take your order; she welcomes you to the party. I pulled up looking like a haunted Victorian child, and by the time she handed me my Rebel, I felt like I could bench-press a Honda Civic. • The Speed: She moves with the kind of calculated efficiency usually reserved for Formula 1 pit crews. I blinked, and my drink was ready. I’m convinced she has a temporal distortion field behind that counter. • The Mood Boost: Her cheerfulness is so authentic it’s bordering on a superpower. She is more caffeinated by nature than I am by choice. If she were any more helpful, she’d probably just drive me to work herself so I wouldn't have to deal with traffic. The Verdict: Vivien is the MVP of the morning rush. She’s so bright she makes the Dutch Bros neon signs look dim by comparison. Give this woman a raise, or at least a very large trophy. Pro-tip: Don't bother with your car's heater; Vivien’s personality provides enough warmth to get you through the winter.

  As a frequent Dutch Bros fan, I can honestly say that my visits are always better when Vivien is there! Viv brings such an incredible energy every single time so welcoming, upbeat, and genuinely kind. She truly will stop what she is doing just to greet me! The atmosphere is always positive, the drinks are consistently amazing, and the connections feel real not rushed or transactional. Viv truly goes above and beyond to make every interaction fun and memorable. It’s people like Viv who keep me coming back again and again. Dutch Bros is lucky to have her she’s seriously awesome! ☕💛

  One time, Vivien handed me my order and told me to have a great day and I did! Once the first sip of my medium Kicker hit my lips, everything just got better. I decided to take a walk in the park, which is unusual for me, but something compelled me to do so. I am so glad I did. On that walk, I stumbled upon a woman feeding the ducks. Not with pieces of bread, but full sized Italian subs. At first, I thought “Well, that’s weird!” and originally wasn’t going to go anywhere near this person. Then I took another sip of my drink and the Kicker kicked me in gear and the next thing I knew, I was asking the woman if I could give her a hand feeding full Italian subs to the ducks. This was 5 years ago and that woman is now my wife and the mother of our 3 children; Huey, Dewey, and Louie. Thank you so much, Vivien and Dutch Bros!
