    I wanted a coke, Coke cola was flat & I reported it cashier Evelyn thinking she would care more, all she said was "oohh ok" she didn't even care or want help. Seems all employee on that line were rude & didn't care about the customer..

    This is the dirtiest Chipotle I’ve ever visited. All the tables were visibly dirty, and the dining area looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. I politely asked a staff member if they could clean a table, and instead of helping, they seemed annoyed and responded with a bad attitude. Customer service and cleanliness should be a basic standard, especially at a restaurant like Chipotle. Very disappointing experience.

    I went there today to buy a bowl and I noticed the young man’s glove kept touching the inside of my bowl so after I had them remake it he goes to put cheese on my bowl, but first he switches it out because the cheese was running low. He brings back the new cheese, set it in the holder and just reaches his hand in there and grab some out that’s when I had to stop him and ask him about the pot glove changing policy. Also the counter where they prepare the food was very dirty and I noticed people‘s tortilla was hanging off the foil, touching the counter when I brought it to the manager’s attention he just pushed it off very nonchalantly. I WOULDN’T EAT THERE ANYMORE OR IF YOU DO REALLY WATCH HOW THEY HANDLE YOUR FOOD THEY’RE GONNA CONTAMINATE YOU AND GET YOU SICK AND THEY SEEM TO BE SOMEWHAT OK WITH THAT AS LONG AS THEY DON’T FALL BEHIND ON THAT LINE. I’m going to anonymously go back in there not to order but just to see what they’re doing. I wasn’t upset or anything. I just left after I said what I had to say, but remember those people are there only for a check not for your well-being. I really hope management takes serious consideration on this issue
