  Isabel, I think her name is super awesome. I had came in to order for a pick up and my order was canceled on the app. There was an issue where it charged me and when I came in the order have been canceled. She went out of her way to make sure my food was fresh and fix the situation immediately I appreciate it always have good service when I come in everyone seems like they like their job which is awesome so I really do appreciate it.

  I received my fries and half way through eating them a big ball of fried flour came out, I spoke to a crew member and he apologized and said he would compensate with a free fry, he came back and said his manager said they couldn’t because they didn’t carry that product, why would I, and where would I, in my right mind find and put a big fried ball of flour in my food. Absolutely disgusting take, accountability. It was not my pleasure to dine with you guys tonight.

  Took my kids for some Chick-fil-A tonight and the young man in the drive thru, Ali was very kind and helpful! We don't normally eat here but after this service we'll be back 😊

  I am a rewards member and come here often. I usually do mobile through because it's "supposed to be faster". Well, this is the 3rd time this week that I've been to this specific location, and it doesn't make sense to me that the people in the regular drive-thru get their food before me when I already paid on the app and chose to do the faster drive-thru option, mobile thru. This morning specifically, I waited in line over 10 minutes, and the whole time the worker who was taking out the orders didn't know the name of the order for the person in front of me, and as soon as she asked, not even 2 minutes later, she came out with that person's food. Meaning the food was ready the entire time, and we didn't have to wait that long in line if they had asked the name of the person in front of me/had a better system. It was extremely aggravating as, again, multiple cars from the normal drive-thru already got their food, all I ordered was a coffee, yet I waited over 10 minutes, all because they didn't know the name of the person's order in front of me. I'm disappointed as this has happened multiple times over the course of two weeks. I come to this location often, and almost every time I've come within the last two weeks to do mobile through, I wait a long time to get my food when the normal drive thru cars already have their food.

  I have now been sitting in the order ahead pick up lane for over 15 min without any movement. I have even received a text stating my order is ready. What is going on with this horrendous service this morning? The service at this location appears to deteriorate on a daily basis. So disappointed and now late for work.
