  First time trying, heard so many good things about it!! Was not disappointed. Friendly staff, we were seated promptly, great atmosphere, clean and our food came out quick! Everything was fresh and tasted great 👍 👌 Our server came by a few times to check on us and make sure we didn't need anything. We visited Saturday and liked it so much we went back last night to try different items! Good stuff!

  This particular BWW had me wait for my pick up for over 20 mins. Had to reheat my food so it defeats the purpose of fast food pickup. Just check the Reference number.. Don't ask for a name. When I order from. The app did not ask for a name it gave me a number to show at time of pick up..

  Been to this place three times in the last 14 years and every time I say I'm never going back. I try to give them a chance and they dissapont me every time. Service was terrible. Our server came by the table a total of four times. Ordered bottomless apps and she never game to take any more orders. Couldn't even see anyone to flag down for help. Soda came with five ice cubes. No refills. Overall another terrible experience. Spend your money somewhere that will actually come by the take to see if you need anything.

  Genuinely only leaving a review to WARN anyone considering coming here; my husband and I were sat fairly quick, however after asking for drinks and ordering appetizers we never saw our server again… mind you she had 2 other tables on either side of us who she continuously checked on and took orders for while we were waiting to ask for another drink ( it had been that long ) & to order our meals, after several attempts to flag her down we finally got ANOTHER workers attention and she went to call our server over, after we finally ordered our food AND asked for a drink we continued waiting another 20 minutes for the aforementioned drink ( it never came ) but our server was attending her other tables and completely ignoring us, even getting more drinks for the other tables immediately when asked, we ended up asking a manager to charge us for our apps and drinks and left , such a horrible experience and not the first time at this location .

  The wings were crispy and amazing. The new Sweet Chili Crush is bomb, I hope they keep for a long time. However I am a bit disappointed that they change the sauce that came with the fried pickles. I think it was a thousand islands ranch? I forget the name but now they have this very weird kind of Italian dressing sauce. BRING BACK THE ORIGINAL SAUCE! is making me not order the fried pickles which sucks because the pickles are so good. They are some of the best! But I might have to get my pickle fix by going to Bar Louie
