  Left sitting for drive thru order for almost 10 min drive-thru people are never friendly and always have an attitude you asked for a water with your food and you act like it's a big deal is McDonald's really is poorly ran what is the only one in town so people are forced to come to this one

  They over charged us by $6 then said they don't know how to do a card refund. Then they tell us to pull forward to wait for our food and it takes 15 minutes to get cold fries when we were promised they would be hot. Total disappointment

  Ordered 2 meals with medium fries and drinks but the clown puts it in as large so it cost $32 for 2 big Mac meals. Ridiculous. Top it off with cold under cooked fries and no cheese on the burgers. Total rip off

  Order on the app to have it delivered to my table. Made my order right before a rush, so hearing a number while there is a rush is not easy. Also why can I select on the app for you to bring it to my table if you are not going to. My food sat for 10 minutes and I had to guess if it was mine and then go to the counter to receive my food. If having it delivered to a table is not an option it should not selectable on the app. Im not sure what it says on the kitchens end, but the fact that an option existed that seemingly cannot be done is a bit much. If I had known this option wasnt available I would've gone through the drive thru and waited by the counter.

  We got here about 11am. Order 2 for $6 fish sammiches. Paid for the order moved up to second window and the shenanigans began. I didn't get my coin change of 49 cents. When I brought it up all of a sudden things fell apart. Long story short I got a small fry for my troubles but no sammiches. That just made the drive up time out, you could see the icon flashing on her foreheads. I was told to pull to the left order would be right out. It wasn't. After what amounted to the time equivalent of 10 fish a frying at least, I went in. My order along with the other 2 cars told to wait was sitting on a rack being ignored. I got mine and tapped on the window of car in front and told them best to just go get it. But really Mickey D's whats going on with your people. The worst service we've goten ever from any McD's. Food was cold too...seriously?!
