Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
Very disappointed usually I love Whataburger. I will bot go back to this one. They were not extremely busy but still had us pull to the side and wait for our food. The girl that brought us our food when we asked for straws got argumentative claiming she already gave us some. We ordered 2 combos and when we got home realized they left an onion ring out and gave us 1 ketchup lol. When I called in to let the manager know about the onion ring Dana acted like I was lying. She said fine right my name down and come get your onion ring. With fast food places at every corner this spot needs to step there game up. To top it off the food was the worst I have ever had from Whataburger. Very disappointed huge waste of $38

Worker in drive thru was super rude to car infront of me, me and the car behind me, yelled something about me when he closed the window, got my order completely wrong (I only ordered a whataburger Jr with light mustard), I get not wanting to be at work, but dont show that to the customers, I work at one of the busiest stores in the world and nobody I work with shows the rudeness this employee showed. Keep it between yourself and your coworkers, or just be an adult. Employee was a nerdy dude with glasses I think, working at 12am. Be better.

So this whataburger has two lanes at the window. There is no signage at the two lanes or anything just a pull forward sign. So I've been at this location a lot, and I've always been told to just pull forward and you file in whatever lane and they knock out the line. It's been this way everytime I've come in the past year. So I go and give my order and the order taker says pull forward, no instructions. So with no signage, and the pull forward, like every other time I've been here, I pull into the second lane. This guy comes out with an attitude and asks the name, I give mine and he says oh that's the MOBILE lane. You'll have to go to the back of the line. Mind you there's only two cars in the other lane and the parking lot is completely empty. Now I get it. Cooperate policy changes quickly and stuff. But what gets me is the lack of communication and sinage and then being forced to go to the back when there's literally no one there. That's ridiculous to be expected to know something that isn't posted anywhere or communicated. Ever since this location moved to this spot there has been mad issues with the drive thru. But they always used to communicate and be nice. You can't really expect people to follow a rule that isn't posted or communicated in some way, shape, or form. Just like yall can't read our minds to get our orders, we can't read yall minds when the rules are changed. Give us something to work with somewhere so we can follow yalls rules.

Just went to Whataburger, drive thru messes up my order and when I get to the window, after quite the wait, the young lady argues with me that its my fault, never offers to correct, I dont like to complain so I just let it be.. after more of a wait Im asked to pull forward and wait some more. Finally she brings my food out only to find that nearly half the order was missing. Then when I go in to speak with the "manager", I mention not wanting to lose my cool and he interrupts "that won't be good for you" and when pressing him to clarify he says he's "warning" me!?!?!? Whataburger is in the business of threatening their customers now I guess. Check my few other reviews, I typically only write positive reviews.

I visited this Whataburger today and what I saw was flat-out unacceptable.
The kiosk wasn’t working, which was already an inconvenience, but the real issue was the condition of the dining area. There were 5+ large, live grasshoppers sitting on the interior window sills right next to customers eating. Inside the restaurant. Not outside.
That is beyond disgusting. There is absolutely no excuse for that in any food establishment. A dining room should be constantly monitored and cleaned, and something that obvious should never be ignored.
If this is what customers can clearly see, it makes you seriously question what’s happening in the kitchen where customers can’t see. Cleanliness isn’t optional, it’s the bare minimum.
Friendly staff and decent food do not make up for an environment that feels unsanitary and neglected. This location failed at the most basic level. I will never be back.
