  I’m done with this Wendy’s. They ALWAYS forget sauces, ALWAYS forget straws, and ALWAYS are out of something. The service is always reluctant at best, and the employees are always yelling at each other behind the window. And it’s been like this for years. Don’t know why I kept giving them chances but I’ll stick to other stores from now on.

  It was lunchtime and Wendy's hit the spot. A single Dave's was what was ordered. We found a shady parking place, and came in to a clean dining room, which was almost empty. Staff was mopping and cleaning. The restrooms are available by coded entry, which helps make sure they are clean.

  I had a really disappointing experience at Wendy’s. I ordered 4 sandwiches and 2 fries, and right off the bat they forgot one of the sandwiches. Mistakes happen, so I went back to get it. I specifically ordered all sandwiches with no cheese, and every single one came with cheese. On top of that, two of the sandwiches were a mess, with sauce all over the outside of the buns, making them unpleasant to even pick up. The fries were also only about halfway filled. I even combined both containers to show how little was actually given. To top it off, the customer service was not great. When I went back to ask for the missing sandwich, the staff seemed irritated and short with me, which made an already frustrating situation worse. Overall, this was a very poor experience. Incorrect order, sloppy food, small portions, and unfriendly service. Definitely not what I expect when paying for a meal.

  Went here because I love the Wendy's biggie bag and how fast they are, customer service is normally great but when i went here nobody was in site and I didn't get a cashier for 2-3 minutes, I waited around 10 minutes for my food, normally I get it within 1-2 minutes. And then I FINALLY got my food and the chicken sandwich was NASTY AND STALE, the fries tasted like they were hours old and they were absolutely nasty, and then the chicken nuggets tasted really bad and tasted like they were soaked in water for a long time. Don't think i will be going to go back to this location.

  DON'T GO HERE. The baked potato looked shriveled, dry, and absolutely disgusting with no cheese on it either. There was paper from the cheese still on it in my chicken sandwich. They completely missed a side of fries, every worker there were being sloppy and disrespectful not caring at all. And the whole restaurant was just dirty. The fries were cold and hard too.
