  I had an interaction with your employer Rosalba and that was the best experience I have had at Wendy’s. I was honestly having not too good of a day but she is so charming with her kind words and warm smile. I will be coming to this Wendy’s location every time from here on out.

  Went get food for my kids asked if I could get the toy for both meals since the kids meals weren't available. I offered to buy them they still said no.( as employees i know they take them themselves 👎) Bad service even to not let me purchase them and you even can't contact corporate to file a complaint. I will be filling a complaint on the BBB.

  manager was extremely rude and the little girl that gave me my food had her phone in her hand and an airpods in her ear and gave us our food didn’t say a word and forgot to give our straws they didn’t have the decency to say thank you i had to repeat myself multiple times because the girl couldn’t hear me because she was listening to music never coming back to this location. they need better management and employees

  I stopped by on Super Bowl Sunday and had the most wonderful experience! The two young girls working were incredibly polite, cheerful, and radiant. It was so nice to see staff who were genuinely smiling and enjoying their work. They were so sweet to me and my puppy (and even loved my little car!), and their infectious energy completely changed my day for the better.

  Always seems to be out of soda and the girl wants to ask wat I want for a drink and wait tell I get to the window to tell me there's no soda product and has the audacity to ask wat else I want to drink as if I can see through the window and doesnt try telling wat else there is She didnt ask if I wanted vanilla or chocolate for my thin mint frosty And my frosty was melted Also didnt give me a receipt cuz she knows im gonna file a complaint and best believe im still going to without the receipt
