  Went to Taco Bell for tacos but that cookie sprinkle drink stole the show 😂 Lace and Javon were amazing—super friendly, fast, and made the whole experience fun. 10/10 service and I’m definitely coming back for that drink!

  I don't care for having a robot/AI take my order over a speaker in the drive thru. There have Always been issues with drive thru ordering, this has made it So Much Worse. I don't even understand the thoughts behind this change. It was not good. After the AI continuously failed to repeat back my 3rd item correctly, I then had to repeatedly ask for a person. If this is supposed to save time, I'm not sure i understand who's time because it cost me more time, along with the 3 cars behind me in the drive thru line. The humans working were great btw. The 2 stars for service are for the machine's failings.

  Ordered online and was given garbage. Lol, so funny they turned the tortillas burnt side on the inside. All my tacos were burned. Thanks

  No more cashiers. Good luck bumbling through the self checkout. It took forever to order compared to when there were actual humans working the register. Besides the price increase this is just another reason to avoid taco bell altogether. I can go to a full service sit down restaurant for nearly the same price.
