  The restaurant is clean and looks nice, but the food is disappointing—bland, overcooked, or sometimes just wrong. Service is okay, but they frequently forget orders, which means having to drive back multiple times to fix mistakes. It’s frustrating and not worth the hassle.

  Terrible customer service from more than one of the employees who knows their names and who cares it's not important by the way I'm sure a lot of the employees are like this ... Quality is at par or worse than the service ...

  This drive through is consistently VERY slow. I order ahead online and still wait 30+ minutes in the drive through. I’ve also had my order done wrong multiple and cold food.

  This was honestly one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered a 4-piece chicken nugget for my 5-year-old, and when she opened the box she immediately made a face. When I looked inside, I was shocked. What was in the box looked like two burnt chicken tenders that had been ripped in half to make four pieces. They were dark, extremely overcooked, and hard like rocks. They didn’t even resemble nuggets. I asked the employee if that was really how they were supposed to look, and she made a weird face and said, “Yeah… I don’t know.” That response alone was concerning. If the staff can’t even tell that food like that shouldn’t be served, there’s clearly a problem. They did remake the order, and the second batch looked completely different — which just confirmed the first ones should never have been served in the first place. I’m not someone who usually complains, especially about fast food. I understand mistakes happen and you usually get what you get. But serving something that burnt and hard — especially to a kid — is unacceptable. If that’s the standard of food being sent out, management seriously needs to step in. No customer should be paying for food that looks like it came straight out of the bottom of the fryer.

  They literally need to get their shit together never had a good experience or food at this location.. ive received burnt food, sugar soda and the wrong soda and order in general. The employees are also very rude and act like its an inconvenience for people to even be in the building. Its our fault for thinking we can give our local taco bell service wont ever again well be happy to go down the street and get way better service and food that's edible.
