- TCTravis CurtisMar 30, 20261.0I came in on a Saturday and ordered the daily special “BMT”. I don’t eat ham, so I asked if I could remove the ham from the sandwich. I was told no substitutions, and the manager on the condiments side tells the associate “that’s a spicy Italian” So because I asked for less on my sandwich my order more than doubled in price. From the $4.99 daily special to over $12 bucks I guess I could have just asked for Ham on the side and just thrown it away…

There was no line no one else in there two employees working it took them 10 minutes to make a 6 inch sandwich was a very passive aggressive, horrible portion sizes when I left they didn’t say anything. They just went straight to the back found it very rude. The atmosphere in connection they have with their customers is not good.
