    Okay so I go in to pick up my order which is done by the way. I get told to hold on while she finishes to make a pizza and then starts a whole new pizza and then still never comes up. The other employee that was moving at the speed of smell finally comes up with hickeys all over her neck and wearing a Playboy sweater makes an excuse how there's only two of them. So I said how is it fair to make an employee that has food done and ready wait so somebody else's future food can be more on time? At that point I just got snuffed. And now that they raised the price on the big New Yorker I don't see much point of going back. Another I feel like the green business taking their loyal customers for granted. About 8:00 p.m. 3-23-26 And my tavern crust was straight jerky pizza! Of course my pizza was not checked before I left because they were to busy dogging me.

    Stopped in on the way home for an original personal pan pizza and so yeah I have been here at this location a few times and it’s always good it’s clean employees are always awesome ! Friendly and helpful !

    Just like most of the other recent reviews, we had just the worst service here. Listen, we order out a lot. We have also worked in the industry for 20 years. Both my wife and I are in restaurant management. Having said all of that, our order was wrong which is really a very small portion of what went wrong tonight. We get our order, the wings are wrong (supposed to be boneless bbq not traditional buffalo) these were for the kids so they couldn’t even eat the wings. My box was correct which did include the traditional buffalo, except we never received the Gatorade we ordered. Instead they wrote on the receipt “ran out of Gatorade”. No call or any communication for a replacement, they just sent it missing. We also ordered breadsticks which were also missing. When I called the first girl was apologetic, offered to give us a $25 credit to our account but we don’t order pizza very often and it when we do, it’s not usually Pizza Hut. She said she sees the bread still in the heat lamp and said they should have called about the Gatorade. She said she was on break and that she wasn’t going to get the manager because she doesn’t know how to do her job and that things like this always happen when she goes on break or has to step away. I asked her if instead of the credit they could just offer a refund for the wrong or missing items and she asked us to give her a second. When the phone clicked back it was the manager, Hayden and she was pompous, rude and conceited. She wasn’t willing to help just wanted me off the phone. I tried to explain what was wrong with our order and her response was “I packaged that order myself” then you would know the order is wrong Hayden. She proceeded to tell me that they didn’t reach out to me about the drink because she was “busy” and that she was willing to put a $15 credit on our account for the next order and that’s all she was willing to do. I advised her they the girl we just spoke to was willing to do $25 and she said “ yea we’re not doing that” and that “she isn’t a manager”. I will soon be calling to speak to the store manager which I was told is Stephanie. I hope they’re willing to make this right because this was truly insane.
