  I had a mix of experiences at Pei Wei over the past few days that I feel need to be shared. On Friday, I called in an order and when I arrived, I realized the item was incorrect—I meant to order Firecracker Chicken. The employee assisting me (Dasia, I believe) seemed rushed and ready to close. She mentioned the food was already made, and I didn’t feel like there was much effort to resolve the situation. I ended up taking the order anyway and didn’t even eat it. The next day (Saturday), I returned and was helped by Anthony (or Alex). This was a completely different experience. He was professional, understanding, and took the time to make things right by comping my previous order. I left feeling appreciated and like a valued customer. However, today (Monday, March 30), I returned again and had a disappointing interaction with Nate. When I attempted to pay with a $100 bill, his response came off as unprofessional. He made comments about having to go to the bank and told me not to pay with $100 next time. The tone and delivery were unnecessary and did not reflect the level of service I experienced just days prior. Nate, this was disappointing. In the food industry, you interact with people from all walks of life. Every customer deserves respect, no matter the situation. You never know who you’re serving, and that’s why professionalism should always come first. Customer service should be consistent across the board. I would strongly recommend that the level of professionalism shown on Saturday be the standard for the entire team. One good experience may be shared with a few people—but one negative experience can reach hundreds, if not thousands.

  I called her twice today it was hung up two times apparently they don't want to even take an order over the phone then went in and witnessed this guy hang up the phone multiple times on people calling in to order . At 715 pm on 2/20/2026 check your cameras if you are the manager to see.

  Almost got me killed. Drove my girl here, instead of PF Changs, and I almost lost my life! I can't blame the restaurant, but I do. Herm 🔥 inside and out like the Mongolian beef!

  This was our first time here got 4 plates over 60 dollars just to get Mostly noodles and hardly any meat, definitely not like the picture, no flavor at all, will not be going back. The staff were friendly and kind.
