  Used curbside pickup and received my order, then stayed briefly to eat while spots were still open. The employee initially brought my order to the passenger side, which made it awkward to receive. Later, she brought a different order to my car and asked if I knew the spot was for curbside pickup, even after I had already received my order. When I explained I was leaving, she rolled her eyes. The interaction felt unprofessional.

  My order never seems to be right. Its gotten a little better but not much.

  Standing at register for a few minutes and no one even said hi, welcome in or I’ll be right with you. I tried to talk to two girls and they didn’t even look my way and then a young guy came to help me. Hispanic music was blasting in the store, so maybe they didn’t speak English. I’ll never come back here again.

  Last night I placed a mobile order for pick up. It was 10p and only 2 people in the drive thru. After 10 minutes of standing inside waiting the lady said the kiosk is open. My husband said he placed an order online and it says it's ready. She ignored him and continued messing with her phone. Finally after another 10 minutes I went inside to figure out what the issue was as the order was on my phone. I stood there for another 10 minutes for her to tell me the kiosk is open. I told her thats great I placed an order almost 30 minutes ago. She continued to ignore us. At this point there was 2 other people inside as well waiting and no one acknowledged any of us. Finally she asked me what we needed. I told her our order number, with attitude sheresponded, "I didnt ask you number, what did you order" I let her know it was a double quarter pounder and an extra fry. Another 10 minutes she grabs a bag that was under the warmer the whole time put 2 fries in and walked off. The gentlemen came in from the back handed is our cup with an extra and asked if we wanted anything on the house because how long waited. I kindly declined as I didn't want to wait any longer

  We had breakfast there this morning. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean, the service was friendly and fast.
