I cane in to grab a quick meal before i shop and the kiosk was off so i waited at front counter for a while until a lady in a blk and white dress shirt helped me.....very rude like i pulled her away from her job to take an order. Just plain out poor customer service.

I had a very uncomfortable experience at this location with the male employee at the counter. From the moment I approached, he was dismissive, rolling his eyes and responding in a rude tone. He was also on his phone at the counter while serving customers, which I found unprofessional
I clearly requested no onions or pickles, but my order was entered incorrectly and the receipt did not reflect my request. He then tossed my change at me instead of handing it to me.
When I politely asked for a buffalo sauce after receiving my order, he aggressively threw it into my bag. His behavior was extremely passive aggressive and unprofessional, and it made me feel very uncomfortable.
I also noticed other recent reviews mentioning similar behavior, which makes me concerned this is an ongoing issue at this location.
I hope management addresses this, as no customer should be treated this way.

Pienso deberían tener siempre quien hable español, quise comprar algo para mi bebé y la cajera de muy mal gusto desesperada no me permitió elegir lo que llevaría de inmediato mejor me retiré muy mal servicio

I ordered the 2/$6 special with a large drink, but instead I got 2 cheeseburgers because that's what was selected. I don't have another 10 mins to wait for a correction as im always on the go. That's why it fast foods... but this happens very sequential, either something missing or input wrong. My concern is will this lack of training be moved forward to the new location across the street!? Get it together peeps!
