  Absolutely disappointing experience. I stood waiting at the counter for about 10 minutes just to place an order. The employee who had just helped the people in front of me clearly saw me standing there, but instead of assisting, he walked away and left me waiting even longer. There was no acknowledgment, no communication, and no sense of urgency from anyone.

  re doing my review as i promised Kaley. came back with the corporate coupon for a free dozen donuts because i had such a terrible experience on st patricks day from Andrae. Kaley was friendly immediately through the speaker and the window. when I explained I had the coupon, she disclosed that the employees learned about the bad experience from corporate. which tells me that corporate sent my complaint to this store for review. i am sure everyone here was told to never be rude to a customer, no matter how busy you are because you never know who is going to complain and it looks bad on krispy kreme when you are rude to paying customers or anyone. thank you Kaley for the better experience and understanding that no one should be rude to a customer for asking for a receipt or any reason.

  Really bad customer service, super rude employees…gave us the wrong doughnuts. The bathroom had no paper towels or soap…just over all a bad experience

  U pay 3 bucks for the doughnut now is ridiculous and horrible especially as that size too not worth it at all anymore I used to love it but too much.
