  I did an online order and arrived at this restaurant approximately 7 minutes after ordering. When I walked in there was 3 other people waiting for their sandwiches. There was only one person who was doing everything the best she could. The manager was on his cell phone talking with someone. He was off to the side where you could hear him talking to someone and occasionally you could see him on his cell phone. 5 minutes went by and the young employee was slowly trying to get sandwiches out. While I was waiting 3 more customers came in. After about 10 minutes of my arrival, the manager got off his cell phone and then asked if I had been helped. I told him that I ordered through the app. He asked my name and pulled up my order. Then he tells me that they were running out of bread. So I asked if he could make my order and he said no. I told him to cancel my order and refund my money. Very poor service.

  Freaky fast my ass. Ran out of bread at noon on a Monday???? Declined a DoorDash order of 7 subs when the dasher was at the location to pick it up. Lost almost $100 revenue and could care less

  Would have given 5 stars if order notes were followed! Make sure you have napkins if you're trying the new Toasted Pizza Sandwiches! They're messy but very tasty!
