I have been there twice. The good is delicious and really fresh. So much better than other Asian restaurants in the Peoria area.

It had been a very long time since we enjoyed some really authentic indo chinese but Inchin truly delivered! Everything we tried on the menu was amazing- The tandoori momos, paneer chilli, triple schezwan and the Chicken Biryani. We even loved the Masala Soda. A special mention to Gio who was amazing. He brought the food out within 5 minutes of our order (incredibly fast service). He was quick to change the schezwan sauce on our request without any issues and even got us a complimentary dessert. We will definitely come here next time we are in Glendale. 100/10 service and food. Cannot recommend enough!

To my fellow Caucasians- this is not garden variety Chinese food. This is very much tinged with Indian flavors and it works really well. They've also slowly been adding more Chinese dishes, and those have generally been good. Their fried rice, made with basmati instead of jasmine, is quite good. Their dumplings and momos are also good. I'm also a big fan of the hot garlic chicken ( which you can order dry spiced with white meat instead of saucy dark meat.) If you hate yourself, you can come order the AK-47, which has a good flavor but is spiced with ghost peppers so it isn't for everyone. They are also the only place I've seen that makes Chinese Bhel, a nice Indo-Chinese dish of crispy noodles, tomato, onion, cilantro, and I believe catsup. Trust me, it works.

Food was great. We ate quite a few items.. Thai yellow curry and 65 fried rice were the highlights. Charu was our server and she did really well in explaining the dishes and also taking feedback. Price was moderate, not too expensive but not cheap either. P.S. Try the fried ice cream.
