  I was coming here for awhile and I haven't left my review but I had the worst experience EVER yesterday. I had an online order and i went in at the right time and my mom was buying ice and the person behind the counter looks at me and goes in a very weird way are you with her...clearly I am if i'm standing super close to her then I proceed to say I had a pick up order and he points over to the mobile order and goes it's right there. and I say no that is not my order. then says hold on, 7 minutes later he walks around and tries to give me another order that wasn't mine and he asks what did I order and I said a gallon of regular unsweet tea and 2 coffees and another five minutes later they bring my order out while my moms ice melted all over me. Im so sad mad and frustrated. I don't have money to waste and when I got home I look at the gallon and its regular sweet tea. I wanted to chuck the gallon across my back yard i was so frustrated at that point. but yes this is why the one star review is happening and I am not one to leave a bad review.

  Great tea! But the customer service sucks! They have a sign for flavors to request at the counter (the cowboy calada) we picked the huge as there was No restrictions listed on the sign. The worker complained and told me that we could not get that flavor in that size even though there was No restrictions. The woker was also yelIing at staff and other customers. I asume she must have been the manager. Seems like the worker needs customer service abd managment training. Was my first time in and may be my last!

  *Late post* I was greeted by the owner, JT, as soon as I walked in to the store. It was a weekday, so the store was quiet and we had a nice chat. It was my first experience in this tea paradise, so he walked me through the process. He even made me a limited time special refresher with hot honey in it! It was awesome! I wish I could stay a bit longer, but there were no tables and chairs for in the store. Also, HTeaO Corporate, if you are reading this, please consider opening up a location in Chandler. You will become extremely popular and well loved by the community!
