  Let me start off by saying great staff during closing. Even though they probably had a long day, I was greeted and said goodbye with positive attitudes. Now down to this burger! Fresh ingredients and delicious. I ordered the double cheeseburger with bacon jalepenos green bell pepper lettuce and pickles. You can tell all the veggies were fresh. Ordered a side of cajun fries and probably received two whole potatoes. They dont skimp on fries thats for sure. Really enjoyed!! Thank you Michael and Five Guys for the great service. I see why your a successful food chain.

  Visited on October 17th 2026, the company was doing a BOGO deal. The restaurant was flooded with people waiting to pick up orders with the workers manning their stations the best way possible. Every time I looked, the flat tops were full of burgers & buns, every inch of the topping station was being used with burgers coming out as quick as they could. The manager was handling the Fry station, bagging food, and guest relations. Due to the sheer capacity of orders the kitchen was obviously backed up, causing some unrests in guests. A situation occurred where a guest was unhappy with their wait time to the point of cussing at the manager, team, and loudly to the entire lobby. The manager did as best as he could given the situation, giving updated ETAs, offering drinks for the inconvenience, and giving the guest information regarding refunds when prompted. Despite the professionalism offered, the guest still cussed, argued, and was demanding his food or money, which the team was able to get him in less than 2 minutes at that point. After that guest left, orders seemed to pick up the pace, almost as if a storm cloud had cleared revealing a beautiful day. He treated all patient and understanding guests with great appreciation, and did what he could to protect both the brand, environment, and team. He constantly gave updates to people waiting as often as he could, giving time updates when possible. Even with all of this chaos going on, you could tell he had a good handle on his amazing team, and they were ALL kicking butt and knocking out those orders, showing the best teamwork I've seen in a long time. This is my go-to location, and they always rock, giving the best tasting food and amazing customer service, I highly recommend you come visit (though maybe not on a company-wide promotion, unless you're understanding and okay waiting!)
