  I have visited Fazoli's many times over the years and have never had a poor experience except at this location. I placed an online order for pickup at 7:15pm and was given my order upon arrival. When I got home with my order (25 minutes away from the restaurant) I discovered several items were missing from my order. I made the drive back to have them provide the missing items, and I requested the order was remade as it has now been sitting for over an hour. I was met with a not overly friendly attitude from the supervisor on duty indicating they would give what was missing, but could not remake the food because "it wasn't their fault, the entrees were right". I indicated that they were correct in that the entrees were right, but pointed out it was not my fault that I had to return to the restaurant driving almost an extra hour there and back to get the items that I already paid for resulting in the food no longer being fresh. She begrudgingly remade the order after I insisted again pointing out this issue is not from fault on my part. She rolled her eyes at me and while remaking the order was complaining with the other employees in the back. While I appreciate they did remake the order, I don't appreciate the poor attitude, poor work ethic, or eye rolls when trying to politely give the opportunity to make it right. To clarify, I'm not looking for anything free, I'm just looking for this location to raise their standards and provide the experience expected.

  It's fast food pasta, nothing to write home about. Breadsticks are just as butter garlic salty as I remember - delicious! Cookie was awful - sitting too long or something in the package. Lasagna was alright and pizza was good. The team were really solid. Very friendly and kind. We got there at 8:30pm so it coulda been good or bad, was good.

  I ordered a pickup and they messed up the order. There was customers dining in when i picked up my order, yet the order wss still wrong.

  This is my first time trying Fazoli's, and I liked it. The place is new, clean, and spacious. The menu offers a wide variety of dishes at affordable prices. The food tastes great, and the portions are generous.
