    I see alot of bad reviews this is my first time coming here after a while everything's stocked, came around 11pm and it was great quick service! Everything's well seasoned thank you so much guys!!! I don't know if the wings were mixed up because the bbq tasted kind of off but the kids enjoyed them and the chicken looked fresh (:.. too much cajun on the corn tho got my chest burning

    I was just here and it literally took forever for them to get my food done, I waited an hour for them to finish my food mind you it was supposed to be done 20 minutes before I even got there. I look on the screen and my order isn’t even up there so either they check that it was done already or they don’t have it up there for some reason. I take a look in the back and they’re trying to finish all the orders at once while mine sat there and got cold I ask again. When is my order gonna be ready and they said that they’re just waiting on the fries 🥲 I had ordered another food from somewhere else so they’d be done at the same time but my other food got cold just waiting for this Wingstop I’m truly disappointed and sad. If you think you’re gonna have a speedy meal here at the Wingstop think again.

    The cashier who I think was the manager named Yami changed my one star to a four because I had ordered a protein pack which was a habanero and eight hot but they came out to to 16 mingle habanero. I called and she said no problem. Come back and we'll have it ready for you. I received the eight hot but they weren't well done like I requested in the beginning and went back in to ask if they could and she told me to keep the wings and she'll make the new batch of well done hot wings for me. I'm not a picky person or demanding that I even felt bad for asking, but I appreciate her customer service.

    To Wingstop Corporate Customer Relations, I am writing to express my extreme concern regarding a highly unprofessional and unacceptable experience involving a front desk employee named Natalie at one of your Wingstop locations. My wife and I approached the counter with a simple question and were met with an extremely rude, dismissive, and hostile response. Natalie’s tone and attitude were completely inappropriate and demonstrated a serious lack of professionalism and basic customer respect. The interaction was so uncomfortable that we left the restaurant immediately. We did not eat any of the food at all. This was not a misunderstanding but a clear failure in customer service standards and employee conduct. I am deeply concerned that an employee with this behavior is allowed to represent the Wingstop brand. This incident reflects poorly on training, management oversight, and corporate standards. We are requesting a full refund and confirmation of the refund process. Due to this experience, we do not plan to return to this Wingstop location or Wingstop in the future. Sincerely,
