Food is fantastic and always hot! The service is pretty terrible. I stood waiting for 15 minutes to get handed my to go order that I could see was ready on their lobby screen. The young man on the register was taking a phone order while I watched 4 other kitchen staff look at me and continue talking and mingling in the back - not cooking either. Not one of them offered to help or answered the other phone that was running. The young man at the register was running that store by himself!

I love wingstop, it’s one of my favorite restaurants and since they have one closer to home now I’ve been going to this location instead of the one on 57th Ave. and Thunderbird that my friend used to own.
There’s been good times at this location in happy valley and bad times but it’s 50-50 which I hate. I wish it was always good like the one on 57th Ave., Thunderbird. This location has a lot of young people and that’s fine but it seems like there’s never a supervisor or owner on site. So there’s times where I’ve ordered my food and everything‘s been fresh and on point and there’s been half the time where they have three people working that have to be under 20 working together boys and they’re just hanging out in the back chatting and eating their own Wingstop food altogether and leaving the front not available to contact an employee when you need something. Also, I’ve noticed all those days where the food hasn’t been on point where the fries look like they’re sitting out already premade on the counter where there’s no heaters to keep the fries warm and so on those days that I’ve noticed this and they’re not making food because they’re sitting chatting those fries seem to be sitting there ready to go out to whoever orders and my fries were completely cold. The one thing I love about these fries is being fresh to order and why I come in to sit and eat instead of grabbing and go is those fries are only good when they’re fresh and hot again this is one thing I loved about the Thunderbird location is everything is made to order and comes out fresh (never once did I have a bad experience at that location) on this last visit a couple days ago Feb 9th to be exact later time not only were the Fry’s cold and I could see multiple sitting out on counter pre made the wings that we had seemed to be double fried as if they were already made and then maybe re-cooked not fresh at all. The reason why I’m even doing a review because I do like Wingstop I would like to see a change in this location. There’s no contact email or on the app to contact this location directly that I see to even put a dispute in about the food. I did not want to call the number as every time I have come at night I only see these young guys working and I wanted to make sure the owner got this info.

Wow wow wow! We had a tiny mishap with a delivery order (missing items) I called and the manager and the gentleman that answered the phone displayed the best customer service Ive had in a very long time! We love wingstop regardless but this makes us love them even more! Cheers to yall!

If I could give Negative stars I would. & I never leave reviews unless the service is truly terrible. As I’m reading my review looks on brand with this location. ..I had a huge order $130 worth of food. Mind you, I came at 9:05. My order was suppose to be ready at 8:57-9:02 .. my order was NOT READY & had to wait 5more min. . I checked my order at the counter. I paid EXTRA for all flats. I didn’t get all flats. I kindly let Sedona know there wasn’t all flats in there. She showed it to Candace for her to then proceeded to say I didn’t put that on my order. I checked the order because maybe I did make an error. Which I then seen & peeled off my label on the bag to highlight it says ALL FLATS. Sedona who was the cashier then giggled to acknowledge that Candace was completely wrong. There were several employees in the back laughing thinking it was a joke. This wasn’t a small amount of money or food. Landon who was the manager at the time came out to say they would fix it… I check further and the bag to bring to their attention I order a large container of ranch which they tried to justify giving me 6 SMALL containers or ranch to equal the $5 of ranch I already paid for. I was advised by Landon his manager Alexis says that amount is okay to give and they didn’t have any large containers. I was then handed my wings rudely and said we corrected the 4 wings that were wrong. just put on the counter WITHOUT putting it in the paper bag or even asking me if I would like to check before THEY put it in bag for me. ( I had 3 big bags full) . I asked for a refund because now I feel uncomfortable about what was done to my “corrected order” … as I stood there longer waiting for Landon to come back to the front I’m observing and have video of staff in back not wearing gloves , wiping their hands on their shirt & pants …touching the phone then going back to kitchen like nothing happened.. in the same view I’m seeing wings falling on counter and being put back into box. Mind you STILL NO GLOVES. I asked for a refund immediately.. I was the told I have to wait 5-7 business days for a refund of $130!!! Not only did they lose out on product but they lost out on a frequent customer and money. My HIGH ticket order was not respected , my complaint on THEIR mess up was not acknowledged or handled appropriately.. I don’t care if the messed up 1 wing.. on a big order you better make sure people are getting what they Paid for!! Alexis was on FaceTime with Landon.. this was beyond unprofessional. I inquired on when Alexis would be in & I was not given a time . This is extremely upsetting and I will be taking the to corporate and the health department.. the whole staff needs additional training or to be replaced. This is unacceptable.

Horrible, horrible horrible service here I ordered $175 worth of food. The order was totally messed up. I ordered all wings 75 wings and they tried to put drumsticks in my wings horrible horrible service and I paid for extra ranch dressing and they only gave me packets of ranch. I am so disgusted with this Wingstop service people do not stop.
