Since using the AI drive thru, I've been curious if it would inform you of a possible wait for fried food. It doesn't. I got to the window and they had me pull around and wait. I only ordered a 10pc nugget. If I would have known about the wait, I would have ordered something else. Because I had a bit "whatever" attitude they rushed my order through and I ended up with soggy, and greasy nuggets. Who wants fresh greasy nuggets? Get rid of you AI drive thru for better customer service. I literally wasted $4 for inedible nuggets.
