- JGJohn Gonzalez6 days ago1.0I just left this place and by far is the worst customer service I have ever received at any establishment from the gentleman with the black hair that was running the front counters to the unprofessional manager Gabby who didn't even ask about the situation that was going on just refunded my money without any regards to me wanting my order still due to the neglect and the fact that they were out of two items that I was okay not having and her words after giving me my full refund I have my change and I can leave the store now. I definitely will be calling corporate in the morning because this is unacceptable especially the fact that they didn't even have my order prepared even though I placed it 3 hours in advance.

Rep continued to ignore me and I simply asked is breakfast service time over and she stated yes I stated ok I’ll go to Dunkin’ Donuts to get breakfast then came home and googled breakfast hours is supposed to be until 10:30 I was there at 10:15. Kind of rude

Went to Burger King across street. Only one person dining inside so you lost a customer will go to better Wendy's next time
