I have to leave this review because I haven’t been back since. I received the wrong order and went back for them to fix it and they didn’t ask any questions But then they gave me something else I didn’t want. I ordered A baconator With lettuce, tomato onion But received a Dave’s combo (no bacon) Then I go back and get a burger with burnt bacon and no cheese or Lettuce, tomato onion. I get it was late but the quality of the food I didn’t even eat it. Haven’t stepped in a Wendy’s In four months.

They disappointed me today. I ordered a biggie bag because it was a bit too late. Just for it to taste old. The meat & cheese looks like it has been sitting for a while. Disappointed at thus Wendy’s .

I ordered a regular biggie bag and they asked what sauce I wanted and I told them ranch and barbecue. I only got ranch. They said they’re 50 Cents each I’m like okay??? How come you guys don’t say anything? Pick The customer service

The employees were all standing around and I ask them if I can use the restroom and she roller her eyes and said to me that the restroom was for paying customers
When she open the door for the restroom omg it stunk like bads eggs and was so dirty
Like they have time to stand around and not even fix the smell or clean it up
