I’ve been 2-3 hours before closing, and each time the chairs are all stacked up like they want people to think that they are closing and act like you are interrupting them by coming in. Overall, just a rude staff who make the experience uncomfortable.

This reflects very poor customer service. From my understanding, management allows this to happen regularly.
