This reflects very poor customer service. From my understanding, management allows this to happen regularly. It feels as though the employees are running the store without regard for customers, which is just unacceptable.

He was the tattooed guy with a black shirt not sure what his name was. He didn’t even greet us or asked us what we wanted to order. He obviously looked very upset which we don’t understand why. There were other customers inside waiting. He nicely went up to them and gave them their orders. He did not do that for us. It was a very unpleasant experience. I’m not sure I want to come back to this place.

The man with the blonde hair in a ponytail seemed like we were an inconvenience despite how empty the cafe was. When taking the order he didn't even greet he just looked straight into your eyes with no words being said...weird. We asked for two acai bowls and he said they were out and didnt give us any other recommendations and it seemed like he intended us to leave, which we did. I just know anything I would have gotten would be made to not its standard due to his actions already being lacked in basic interactions. I work in food industry and I know it can be tough but its not impossible to do your job
