Ive been doing this for a long time, I had a double order and one order had 22 items all packed into a single bag, I was walking out to my vehicle while carrying the bag and it tore all the way down the center just feet from the front door, per Ubers policy I went back inside to report the incident and ask to replace the items, the manager was incredibly condescending and rude. Telling me that once the food leaves the restaurant it’s not his problem and that he would submit the camera footage of me dropping the items to uber, implying it was my fault. He actually handed me a new bag and implied I should pick the food up off the floor and deliver it to the customer. this was entirely a bag defect, like the whole bag was in two pieces in a matter of seconds. No is one thing being incredibly rude to me and threatening my livelihood is another, I refuse to return to this location and will tell everyone that I can about the experience I had here 12-19-25 @ 8pm

AND there appears to be mold/water damage on the ceiling. AND one of my double stacked tacos was light on filling. of course the food is ok/ a tad funny tasting but hey i keep coming back because its cheap and convenient. i do like that they decorated for christmas and the lighting is nice. the staff was good as usual the food came out fast. fix that ceiling and clean the drink area and it would be much better for me. I like that their kiddie chairs look new
