  I was there with my Fiancée earlier today and I was finally able to get home and eat but when I looked in the bag I noticed that I’m missing the dippers and the soft taco. I have the Garlic sauce for the dippers but they were replaced with 3 chalupas. I love some chalupas but I definitely didn’t order 3. I tried calling the number for this location and no one picked up. I just wanted a refund for the dippers. The order was at 11:30am

  12/13/25 at 430pm. The female employee moved extremely slow and there was a piece of paper inside one of our tacos . We were waiting for over 20 min to get our food. It was cold and the freeze was melted. The lady did not care about us or our food. She should probably be let go

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five Stars — A Rare Fast-Food Gem on 49th Ave & Thunderbird Okay, full disclosure: I have stepped into many fast-food restaurants in my lifetime. Like… many. Honestly, at this point I’ve probably set foot in almost every fast-food joint in the Phoenix metro area. Please hold your judgment. I’ve worked years doing DoorDash and Uber Eats, so my car basically has a PhD in drive-thrus and my stomach is doing field research. With all that said, this Taco Bell is on a different level. The vibes inside are always weirdly good…in the best way possible. It’s actually kind of sad how rare that is. Most fast-food restaurants give customer service only to “regular” customers and then act like Uber Eats and DoorDash drivers are ghosts haunting the soda machine. It gets depressing when places forget we’re humans just trying to do a job. But not here. Today I came in to grab food for myself (a wild plot twist for a delivery driver) before starting my shift, and once again the energy inside this Taco Bell was so genuinely pleasant. The employees actually seem happy, the atmosphere feels welcoming, and everyone treats you like an actual person … no matter why you’re there. I don’t know who the manager is, who sets the tone, or whose magic this is… but whoever is responsible, y’all deserve a giant shoutout. This location consistently makes my day a little brighter, and that’s saying something coming from someone who lives in the fast-food trenches.

  Very decently staffed Taco Bell morning crew and night crew are solid. They sometimes hook you up if they make mistakes no biggie though we all make mistakes 👍. Overall on the times I've been served food have been freshly made and always good quality.
