The rest of my order was correct. I called to let them know, thinking maybe two different orders got mixed together, as a heads up. Turns out they were out of the wrap and the girl who answered started listing off several other tacos and whatnot that they had given me to make up for it. I let her know I did not get any of that and just got the cinnamon twists and a tiny potato side. She gasped, apologized, said they tried their best to accommodate me and then said if I'm able to I can always come down to the store during open hours and let someone know I didn't get my item or that my order was messed up and "hopefully" they can help me out then... I just feel like I paid more than what was offered to me as a replacement and I don't appreciate how that's ok to do and not fully offer what someone actually paid for. I just wanted a late night snack and now I'm pretty bummed.
