While ordering my sandwich, I requested black olives but was informed that they were out of stock. I also tried to get a drink, but was told that there was no ice available. I was disappointed with my experience at Subway and hope that this issue can be addressed.

When I actually DO get my order its usually wrong (wrong sandwich, not toasted when I request for it toasted, missing add on items I paid extra for). Never have I had any issues with any other subway location.
