  Walked in at 6:45 p.m...the employee, Bailey, stood up and slammed the fridge and said in a snippy way, "whatever you want, its gonna be a few minutes because I already put everything away"... the door hadn't even shut behind me while walking in and she already had an attitude towards me. Good job. Great customer service.

  Terrible service, bread was very dry my kids didn’t even want to eat it. They refused to take my coupon. Manager has no customer service skills nor communication skills. Will not be going there again!

  i ordered 3 foot longs and when i wanted to pay with a coupon over the phone which all the other locations accept the woman making my sandwich didn’t want to accept it. when i got home and me and my kids were eating the sandwiches the bread was really hard and dry and the sandwiches weren’t rolled up correctly so most of the sandwich was all around it. and when i asked for the manager and what her name was she said her name was heidi and she was the manager but i refuse to believe the manager doesn’t know how to make the sandwiches properly and has no manners.

  my order got cancelled for no reason and then they proceeded to not answer the phone horrible service
