The worst restaurant experience I have ever had in my entire life. My wife is in tears after being verbally assaulted by a grown man in a position of authority.
They didn’t toast our sandwiches. Not a big deal and you would assume an easy fix. We asked for them to kindly toast them for us. He threw the sandwiches away, told my wife to shut up or he’s not even going to refund the money, and then banned her from the store. In what world is this man able to go rogue with a corporate name like Subway? My wife is shaken.
He had to contact DoorDash to refund us. He proceeded to lie and slander our name and reputation to DoorDash. He accused her of throwing the sandwiches everywhere and being hostile. He tells my wife, while still on the phone with DD, “you treat us like shit…I’ll treat you like shit”. There is no place for that language when speaking to a customer, let alone, B2B.
Why is he using a Subway to disperse some kind of vigilante justice?!
If anyone outside of his scope can contact me I would appreciate it. The fact that he spoke ill of us to DD is slander and affects our future transactions. I take that very seriously. Ideally, I would love cameras reviewed to corroborate our experience. I would like to know I was at least heard by someone with a sense of responsibility and reality.
I get that he will most likely get away with being judge, jury, and executioner here. I don’t expect any compensation. Truthfully, I want an apology and explanation, to my wife and to DoorDash.
It’s beyond bad management. It was inhumane. It was degrading. It was wrong.
It’s unreal to go in thinking you’re going to receive the standard, quality Subway experience; and instead, to leave humility and hungry.
In all honesty, I would love to not be writing this review.

Was so excited to get a subway sub tonight, the 2 lady’s working were so rude to us and rushed us the whole time felt like it was an inconvenience for us being in there never going back

I placed an order online using the FLBOGO on Father's day promptly received a phone call stating they throw the meatballs out at 8pm even though they stay open until 9pm. I asked why they throw the meatballs out at 8pm when they are open until 9pm and Shania started berating me for being rude, saying she can refuse service to anyone, threatening to cancel my order etc.... I eat here often, and have over the years. I hope Shania is worth the loss of a loyal customer over the years. Shania was extremely rude over the phone and continued to be so when I showed up to get the name of the person that called me in the phone. I will be calling management.
