I brought this simple concern to a supervisor's attention, and he advised that Portillo's Corporate Office has complete control over all heating/cooling at this location, and dining room temperature cannot be adjusted by any staff member. I reached out to Portillo's Corporate Guest Experience Coordinator, and their response was: "I am not certain who manages the temperature settings or what the set range is..."

- DMdebbie meringerOct 29, 20251.010-29- 2025 around 6:53pm my husband clearly ordered the breaded chicken sandwich because we love it so much normally - we got a hamburger instead - this is the second time this has happened through the drive-through at your Glendale office in Phoenix / I spoke with the manager he gave me his first name only JAELIN and he said he can't do anything even though we told him we had just been there - $18.58 & 38 minutes ago on his Credit card& my husband had the windows open and the ticket must've flown out the window or she didn't include it - very disappointed in your customer service the first time we got an extra charge for extra breaded chicken on a salad and it came with grilled chicken that was dry. I had to throw it out. I won't be going through the drive-through anymore I don't even know if I'll eat there anymore.

NOT THIS RESTAURANT! They told 4-5 others drivers that it’s already been picked up and “not our problem.” My order wasn’t large so it would have been a minimal cost to remake to ensure good customer service. Instead they chose to die n the sword of “already picked up” and thus have now list a customer. That’s next level stupid!
