Check your employees, they are so rude. Did not greet us, horrible customer service. 3 hours before closing and they are out of bread??
It took an hour and 20 minutes to get my order. When it arrived, nothing was correct. I ordered the Sicilian pizza sub, substituted oil and vinegar for marinara, added lettuce, basically making it a trad Italian sub, cut in half. I got lettuce and cheese, not cut. (see pic) I also ordered a pickle cut in half, got a whole one. I'm just glad that nobody was harmed in the making of this sandwich.

I placed an order at 11:27 a.m. for two Picklewiches (the Pickle Ranch), along with cookies, for delivery. I usually do pickup since I live just three minutes away, but with the anniversary of my daughter’s passing, I’ve been feeling depressed and decided to pay the extra charge for delivery instead.
After 30 minutes with my order still showing as “received,” I called the store. They explained that they only had one driver who was backed up, but that my order would be prioritized once he arrived. Another 20 minutes later, the app stopped tracking the order, which usually means it’s been delivered.
I went to the store, and they told me the driver had already picked it up. I went back home and waited another 10 minutes, but the delivery still didn’t arrive. I called again, and they said the driver told them he was on his way and would be there shortly. I waited another 15 minutes—still nothing.
I ended up going back to the store and had to request that my food be remade. In total, it took over an hour and a half, plus I paid extra for delivery and even left a tip for a service I never received. I wasn't going ask for a refund on the delivery fee because the cashier already looked defeated or as if he was having a rough day himself but they still left the cheese off the sandwiches! Like I don't understand!
Overall, this experience was extremely inconvenient and added unnecessary stress to an already difficult day.
Update: I shared my feed back as requested. The GM immediately reached out and provided a sincere apology. They offered to remake the order and issue a refund. I am very appreciative and satisfied with the resolve. Thank you so much Kailauni! 💜
