  Asked for a giant sub , they gave me a regular sub didn’t bother repeating the order back to me. When I asked them about it they just told me to pay the extra for another half.

  It was just okay. The sandwich is made in such a way that you get all meat in one bite, then all lettuce and tomato. I got some sort of Italian sandwich with Jimmy peppers... they were very gross, to be honest. I was extremely unhappy with my sandwich but I've had better before so I gave 3 stars. It's just meh for me.

  first time at Jimmy John's told the staff I need a bit to look over the menu, as I was watching the menu for about 3 minutes I watched multiple flies crawl over "Fresh" 16 inch bread that were on the side, disturbing because there were 4 racks of bread, aside from that was told they can't Toast my sandwich because its custom so my sandwich tasted like depression, bought basic potato chips and they are worse than making your own at home, While the staff was great to communicate with and doing there jobs, all in all I will never purchase another "meal" from this company again. I do question the hygiene of the meat and stored location as well as what they don't want the customer to see.

  The sandwiches and subs are good but the prices are crazy expensive for basic ingredients. The Chicken subs are amazing. 5.7 out of 10

Everything was perfect — from the order accuracy and presentation to the timeliness of our pickup. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, professional, and attentive. We even had the pleasure of seeing a training session in action, and it was truly refreshing to witness. The trainer demonstrated patience, grace, and clear guidance, while the team member in training showed excellent manners and genuine focus on learning. It was a wonderful display of teamwork and professionalism. Thank you for making our catering experience seamless and enjoyable. We will absolutely be ordering again! — Billet Health
