  Would have given 5 stars if order notes were followed! Make sure you have napkins if you're trying the new Toasted Pizza Sandwiches! They're messy but very tasty!

  What’s the point of having a phone for the buisness if when you call they answer and then hang up on you without even saying hey were Busy come into the store. Maybe some sort of training for customer service is necessary as that’s not how you should interact with people who want to spend money at your facility.

  Unbelievable! Ordered while inside store and received the wrong items. I ordered 2 giant #11 sandwiches and got totally different sandwiches.

  I Ordered a sandwich this morning was over an hour.. I live 3 minutes away... But ok things happen.. The disgusting thing is there was other stuff in my sandwich not just deli meat. It was full of wax paper not just one piece it was every layer of meat that was pre sliced on wax paper they put the paper in too and there was small pieces of other stuff I think it was string and something else... So I call the store and tells right off hes not making another and basically tells me to bad.. I wasn't even thinking of getting another especially after that one I was calling to tell him he has a quality control problem and should talk to whoever is making them etc but he was worried over $12... Pathetic.. And yes I do have pics. Back to Firehouse Subs
