The staff was extremely rude — laughing at customers and making comments about them. We were excited to try the place since it just opened, and we were taking a moment to look at the menu. When they asked if we wanted recommendations, we said yes but mentioned we didn’t want anything too sweet since we’re watching what we eat. Instead of being helpful, the employees laughed at us the entire time we were there. At one point, one of them even said, “No, I’m not doing that, I’m not mean,” which made us really uncomfortable and made us question what they might have been saying or doing behind the window. For a place that just opened, it’s shocking how unprofessional and rude the staff was. Definitely not the kind of first impression that makes you want to come back. It soured our good afternoon, and we weren’t able to enjoy the tea we had.

The drink is definitely false advertised because horchata isn’t even in the drink so why call it “horchata?” so PLEASE do not get it because you’ll be disappointed…. 0/10 recommend but their teas are delicious! Just stay away from their nasty “horchata.”

They explain, there are tiny cups in small bins next to the teas for sampling before you buy. They also have menus posted showing which teas to put together to make different tastes. The apple pie is great! My favorite are Texas Chai, peach ginger and mint. You can buy it by the cup, the gallon or 1/2 gallon. Sign up in the so, you get a free large cup.
