  WONDERFUL staff!! Always so kind and on POINT recommendations. Place is SQUEAKY clean and ready whenever I walk in. Bethany G provided me such great service during the busy holiday season (the blueberry lip balm was the PERFECT stocking stuffer! 😝). Keep going strong 💪 🙌🙏! HteaO team you have my heart ❤️

  I wanted to give a 5-star review, but I’ll give a 4 in this case. The place is great—clean, and the staff is super friendly. I would just love to see a few more caffeine-free options, as some people are sensitive to caffeine. Other than that, everything was great overall.

  This place offers a great variety of different teas and drinks. I love that they have unsweetened, sweet, caffeine, and no caffeine drinks. There's something here for everyone.

  I’ve been seeing this new tea spot pop up in the Glendale area and finally checked it out—love the concept. They have so many iced tea flavors, and you can get them sweetened or unsweetened. They even offer samples so you can try different flavors before ordering, which I appreciated. I went with a peach ginger iced tea mixed with green tea and it was super refreshing. They also have happy hour during certain times, a solid rewards program, a drive-thru (huge plus), cute merch to buy, and snacks available. Such a fun spot—definitely worth checking out.
