- IZIza Z2 days ago3.0I love this location, do not get me wrong when I write this review. Everyone is so sweet here. Unfortunately, lately been having issues with the coffees/drinks that I get here. When I order a hot flavored coffee, it seems to always come out with no flavor, hardly mixed and frankly disgusting. I am surprised how awful the hot coffees are at Dutch Bros. The hot caramel coffees for example taste nothing like caramel or have any milk/creamer, and only plain coffee. I sincerely hope that they make these coffees more drinkable. Doesn't seem like people are adding any flavors to drinks that were meant to have flavor, or not adding enough nor do they mix it in. Also, the blended rebels I've ordered are served mostly melted and hardly blended as they are supposed to be. The drink quality is decreasing! One last note, it is very hard to be noticed for online orders. When there is a regular line for drinks, I stand to the side like I am meant to but they ignore you or not notice you. Please add some sort of bell to notify the window employee that mobile order costumers have arrived. I can wait, and I understand busy times but It's become a recent problem that I have to wait quite a long time for an order that was requested 10 minutes prior to it's ETA time for it to be ready/given to me. Other than all of this, everyone is very sweet here and I do enjoy coming in but things need improving.

I had to remind the guy I was waiting and the whole time he had the drink next to him at the pickup window for I don't know how long. I said I've been waiting and all he did was laugh. Doesn't dut h bros teach how accountability or an apology. Hope this guy isn't working again because he can't multi task in a busy establishment

How do I earn points?
Itās easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and thereās no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and youāll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way youād like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We arenāt able to take drink orders over the phone, but weāre excited to serve you! Donāt let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
