  Love dutch. Tried a drink with soft top for the first time and told the girl I don't think I would be a fan of it and she recommended adding a flavor to it. She even offered to put the top on the side so I could try it without ruining the drink if I still didn't like it. I did, and now that's my favorite part of the drinks

  I wanted to share some feedback about the efficiency at this Dutch Bros location. The ordering process—from the app to the drive-thru to drink pickup—often feels disorganized, especially during busy times. It’s not always clear where customers should stand or wait, which leads to confusion and people unintentionally cutting in line. Separating mobile order pickup from in-person orders could help improve the flow. Drinks sometimes sit for a while before being handed out, items are often unavailable, and the app can be difficult to use. Dutch Bros is very popular, so improving organization and efficiency would make a big difference in the customer experience. Even leaving a review they want people to go hunt where to place another review instead of them reaching out to the unhappy customer themselves and resolving the issue.

  this place messes up a drink at least every single time. Went there again and they once again messed it up. They proceeded to say rude things IN the shop with us AT the window as if WE made the drinks wrong. Pretty sure the guys name is “Brodie” whom was being rude. This guy needs to be let go lmao.

  We are heading out of town to New Mexico. We wanted Dutch Bros so we stopped at this location.. long line, one person taking orders and it took us over 30 mins.. we finally get to the window got our drinks and pulled off. I ordered a large iced cocomo sugar free decaf and my sister ordered a lg golden eagle freeze with soft top. Anyway, we pulled off got on the road again I tried my cocomo and come to find out it did not taste anything like cocomo whatsoever. My sisters drink was fine but mine? Nope it taste just like an iced coffee not what I ordered.. wasn’t going back because we were already back on the road and I didn’t want to wait another 30 mins just to finally get a remake.. I know they were busy and they were probably trying to rush to make the drinks but, no excuses. I want what I paid for and we get options for a reason.. what a disappointment… 😡

  I always order ahead knowing it will be a minute and show up 5 minutes after estimated time. Today I waited 20 minutes after my scheduled pickup time on my way to work. The staff is usually amazing, but waiting 20 minutes after an online quoted wait time isn’t feasible when you plan on making a quick stop and even allow time for human error usually.
