I had to get a refund for my online App order because I couldn't even get to that line since I was told I would have to leave and go around a full busy intersection and then go in through an opening that was backed up on the street. Won't be back to this location.

Unfortunately the other reps that were working with her were not hustling as quick as she was. She was trying to get the line moving as the others were to busy socializing with other vehicles. Very disappointing. I did tell Addie great job. I still had 3 cars in front of me and she collected my payment, brought out my drinks and the other vehicle behind me. It helped get the vehicles moving. This is the 3rd occasion that this has happened when I've gone, but this is the first time I actually saw someone correcting the situation. Addie did a great job getting the line caight up and motivating her team mates to get back to work! This location does not bave the room capacity to fall behind on orders because of the busy road and the car wash next door. Addie 💫💫💫💫💫

I spent 48 mins in the drive through line this morning to be told only 2 people were working and that’s why it was taking so long. When I actually got to the window there were 3 people working inside and the order taker who was outside. Not cool to LIE to customers especially ones who come EVERY DAY, good way to loose a long time customer. Also having a delivery drop on a sticker day or just in general while you are open is a serious misuse of manpower and takes over your whole parking lot. Since this store does actually close maybe consider having deliveries when you don’t have customers. It also seems to be an issue for your employees to decide if they should be putting stuff away or actually helping your customers. Ps I’ve been a customer of your west valley stores since you only had one yall need to do better

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
