I know this location may have its disadvantages because it took over an already built location by gravity coffee, and Dutch did their best to make it their own style. I feel like they did. they have signage acknowledging mobile orders, and drive up orders. Downside yeah no walk up but my first experience with walk up locations have nothing on this location that prevents that because you don’t have the awkward people staring you down, looking like their undressing you, or having people show up with snakes and standing beside you when your deadly afraid of them. I’m always curious to try new things. I’m not a big coffee person so Starbucks is out of the question. But I love me a Dutch h2o of course I jumped on that trend from tik tok, but I’ll always love me a green tea. So thank you to Jay, Ricardo, Chris, Miles, Donner for making my times I come through always a pleasure with something new to try. But my biggest compliment is to Jay he’s such a great gentlemen, always nice to talk to, great sense of humor, definitely needs a raise for his outstanding customer service. Everytime I’ve seen him he’s never been in the slumps like he’s miserable to be there, always a smile and always a pleasure to talk to.

So i came to this dutch and they were super nice and friendly and were able to give me the experience i wanted.
- JBJen BullardDec 19, 20251.0I'm a Dutchie! I get Dutch Bros at least 3-5x a week. This particular location from the moment it opened had a different vibe than every other Dutch I visited. Considering opening weekend was a bunch of crew leaders from other stores the service was disappointing. Felt like we were inconveniencing the broistas and the vibe has been off there every time I go. The final straw for me was when I watched the broista grab the cup she was pouring my drink into by the top and place her bare fingers INSIDE the cup. When I asked her to not do that cause it is gross, she responded with, well my hands are clean so....and turned around and walked away. No offer to remake my drink, just handed it to me and expected me to take it like that. I will NEVER return to this location.

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
