  This is my first time visiting this store, and the service was terrible—very poorly organized. I ordered a Vanilla Chai Latte, but what they gave me was an iced coffee—it was horrible.

  I went this morning 03/05/26 at 7am. The girl working the walk up window had attitude and was rude to multiple customers as well as me. After standing there for almost 30 mins I realized she wasn’t handing out drinks and we had to ask for them. When I told her my drink was wrong she rolled her eyes at me and sighed loudly. She then took the drink and remade it poorly. I have been going to Dutch Bros since 2015 and this is by far the worst I have dealt with. For sure questioning going back to this location.

  The drink is amazing. First time trying the tigers blood and I love it. Service was wonderful. Service reps were very nice. Music was vibng. But the thing was there was no banana bread, I was crushed. They are a great place, busy but efficient. Thank you guys.

  As a waitress/bartender for 10 years I do not tip employees who make minimum wage, drive through workers, etc. but I did today cause they were so busy and I thought you know what? I shouldn’t gatekeep tips lmao. This is why don’t! 30 minutes in line just to have the drinks wrong and have to drive back, and the girl at the window was passive aggressive about ‘blonde shots’. In the drive through at 8:30AM 2/25/2026 I asked the young girl taking my order “can I get an extra shot, and can those shots be blonde?” She said “absolutely!” . When I had to drive all the way back, The chick who remade my incorrect drink asked me for clarification on what I meant by blonde and she passive aggressively said “I know Starbucks has them, but I’ve worked here 6 years” I’m gonna stop you right there. I’m not the annoying customer that thinks she’s at Starbucks. Not only did I ask first and was told yes, but I’ve been going to Dutch bros for years, I’m from Washington state and was recommended the blonde espresso and this is the first time I’ve been corrected. Which is fine, it easily could be something else I’m ordering and I’ve never been told otherwise until now. But considering I tipped yall and I’m here because you made all the drinks wrong, save the passive aggressive attitude. I’m never tipping for this kinda service again and this is why. Nice job ruining it for the lot lmao
