- LHL HJan 23, 20261.0I had an extremely disappointing experience. I stood at the counter for about five minutes without being acknowledged. I eventually had to step outside because there were no employees attending the front counter. When a man who said his name was Brandon came to the counter, he acted irritated and dismissive. When I politely mentioned the wait, he gave no apology, no explanation, and no courtesy — just stared at me until I ordered. I had ice cream melting in my car, so the delay mattered. All I wanted was a simple “sorry for the wait.” Instead, I was treated like an inconvenience. This was unacceptable customer service, and I will never return to this location. It also appeared the store was being left unsupervised, which is concerning. Dunkin’ should do better. Whats even more disappointing is ignoring a customer's complaint who spent more money than I should at this location.
