  I waited 20 minutes to be served. They waited on a guy that came in after me he had his food and coffee was out the door in 10 minutes. My order was wrong. I didn't feel very welcomed. I will not be going back there. Sandwich wasn't that good .

  I am not sure what was going on during my visit 🤔 but it left me feeling like I'd rather not come back. The line was expectedly long. But that's not where the issue started. It started at the window. The cashier took my payment and then disappeared. After waiting for a few minutes someone else came to the window surprised that I was still there. They asked if I had gotten my order yet. Obviously not or I wouldn't still be sitting there waiting. Trust me I have better things to do. Then they asked, "what did you order?" As if they weren't sure I ordered at all. Luckily, I had my receipt. Once things were finally figured out I was handed my food in a white bag and then my drinks. I already grew inpatient at this point and was happy that I got my order. It wasn't until I was driving down the road to start my two hour journey ahead that my daughter starts pulling out the food and says, "looks like only one of us is eating this morning, half of the order is missing." 😡

  Doughnuts really aren't anything special. Sweet but hard to mess up a dough nut. Extremely quiet in the store. Employees didn't say anything at all to me besides my total. Seemed like it was the same for the three gentleman after me so just bad customer service. No name tags worn so don't know who was who from the two men working. Disappointed but again it's just doughnuts can't expect too much.

  The Hispanic make manager has zero customer service skills. My drink got sent to the wrong location and his reaction was, oh too bad

  Beware of SAM! I went to this location to pick up an order. The worker, Sam, said he only had a drink for the order. I told him there were 4 food items. He asked if I was at the right location. I told him the items and showed him the order. He then asked if I was waiting on the food. Yes I already have the drink. I asked him to get the order ready. He said don't talk to him like that. I requested for him to just get the order ready. He became loud and hostile and refused to get the order and told me to get out of HIS store. The other worker said he will get the order for me. I asked the other worker for his name to report his behavior and he came back over to me and said his name was Sam and I wasn't getting my order and if I don't get out he will call the police! He then grabbed the drink from my hand and took it and it spilled on the counter. I left to report it to the store office. Avoid this place! I don't know if this person was under the influence of toxins or his own very bad energy.
