  My experience was very bad. We started off with ordering what we wanted then we noticed he wasn’t using gloves. He literally used his bare hands. Then when we confronted him he got irritated and attitude took place so we asked if we could get a fresh one. Also customer service. Not going there again.

  Everytime I come to this location they mess up the entire order and the quality is terrible. I will not be spending money here any longer

  I had an extremely disappointing experience. I stood at the counter for about five minutes without being acknowledged. I eventually had to step outside because there were no employees attending the front counter. When a man who said his name was Brandon came to the counter, he acted irritated and dismissive. When I politely mentioned the wait, he gave no apology, no explanation, and no courtesy — just stared at me until I ordered. I had ice cream melting in my car, so the delay mattered. All I wanted was a simple “sorry for the wait.” Instead, I was treated like an inconvenience. This was unacceptable customer service, and I will never return to this location. It also appeared the store was being left unsupervised, which is concerning. Dunkin’ should do better. Whats even more disappointing is ignoring a customer's complaint who spent more money than I should at this location.

  I ate sesame bagel with cream cheese and it really made me sick upset stomach and paid what a nightmare I probably have food poisoning now

  I waited 20 minutes to be served. They waited on a guy that came in after me he had his food and coffee was out the door in 10 minutes. My order was wrong. I didn't feel very welcomed. I will not be going back there. Sandwich wasn't that good .
